  Energetic atmosphere which is not what I expected by the name. I thought it was going to be dark and French. It's bright, friendly, spacious, lots of seating.  But not the right place if you are looking for a mellow coffee shop experience.

  Today was my first time here & I had an almond joy latte. It was the best latte I've ever had and the froth lasted until my last few sips which I love! I found some comfy chairs in the back next to the fire on this rainy day to read and stayed for a few hours. I got a poppyseed bagel and it was delicious & I will definitely be back!

  It's so important for a cafe business to greet their customers as the enter an establishment. It sets the tone for the experience. Unfortunately I was not greeted by either of the 2 women at the counter. Stood for a couple of minutes at the counter; they looked up and said nothing as they were doing other things (not helping customers as the place was near empty but it looked liked stocking items). Wish they said, "Hey, I'll be right with you". I wanted to turn and walk out but I was meeting someone.
  
  On the upside, they have lots of delicious looking bakery items. Had I been hungry, I definitely would have tried something. In the back half of the cafe they have leather-like chairs and a gas fireplace which would have provided a nice ambiance, but it wasn't on when I was there on this chilly day. Free wi-fi.
  
  I'd come back again as it was a perfect place for a 2 person meeting. Just keep in mind - no private conversation here as seating is close and there's no music playing.

  The coffee here is quite good and the overall appearance is quite relaxed. The staff was very nice and helpful but I was disappointed with their selection for food. I'm sure it's good but it's the same food I can get anywhere else and I didn't feel as though there was anything special about the place. It was very quiet when I went in though and I imagine it's a great place for college students to study as it had that calming quietude that you usually experience in a library.

  The prior reviews of the workers being completely incompetent is correct - so much so I couldn't go back ever again.
  
  What's more disturbing is whoever owns the business left a Saturday morning to be run by an employees who's first day was Thursday and a girl who didn't know coffee from tea.
  
  Order was totally wrong - told her about no cheese on my breakfast sandwich and completely aloof was like why would there be cheese on it - threw it right out Bc it was gross.
  
  Won't be going back again
